Support Bangalore home builds from drawings through quantities and contractor bills — accurate take-offs, site measurements, and clear reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate architectural designs and drawings.
  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) from approved designs and drawings.
  • Fill and update BOQs with quantities, rates, and project requirements.
  • Take accurate measurements from drawings and at project sites.
  • Prepare measurement sheets and quantity statements.
  • Prepare contractor and vendor bills from the BOQ and actual site measurements.
  • Verify quantities against drawings, BOQ, and site execution.
  • Identify quantity discrepancies, variations, additions, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate records of BOQs, measurements, bills, and quantity reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders for measurement and billing verification.
