Does the villa calculator factor in a separate driver’s room or utility block?

A driver's room, utility block or servant quarters can be included in your total built-up area input if you specify it, since the calculator does not automatically assume this common villa feature. If this is part of your brief, add its approximate area to your total input, or discuss it directly with your architect so it appears correctly in the drawing before you compare package rates. Leaving it out of your input and expecting it to appear in the estimate will understate your real cost.
