Does covered car parking change the total significantly?

Covered parking is modelled as an allowance in the calculator so that homes with multiple cars do not disappear into a single blended rate that assumes minimal parking. Adding covered parking increases structural footprint and sometimes roof or slab area, which shows up as a modest but real increase in the total. If parking for two or more cars matters to you, confirm this is reflected in your architect's drawing before treating any rate card as final.
