Does the calculator include the cost of underlayment, screed or bedding mortar?
A baseline bedding mortar allowance is included for standard flooring installation, but specialised underlayment or a thicker screed required for levelling an uneven substrate is not fully captured and should be discussed with your contractor if your existing floor base needs significant levelling work before new flooring can be laid.
