A basic façade allowance appropriate to the chosen package tier is included, but distinctive signage, premium cladding systems and a designed entrance statement are highly specification-dependent and can add meaningfully beyond the calculator's baseline figure. If façade design is a priority for your brand or tenant positioning, discuss this with your architect early so the allowance in your actual proposal reflects the ambition, rather than discovering the gap once drawings are further along.
