Does the per-square-foot rate include GST, design and approvals?
The live total can optionally add an 18% GST estimate on the civil-and-finish subtotal plus contingency. Design fees, plan sanction charges, temporary utilities, boundary walls and landscaping are usually separate unless your agreement says otherwise. Always read the calculator disclaimer and confirm inclusions in writing before comparing contractor quotes.
