Does the villa calculator include outdoor works like decks, driveways and landscaping?

Outdoor works are modelled as part of the scope where you indicate they are included, since villa plots typically carry far more exterior slab, driveway and boundary treatment area than a compact urban house. If landscaping is being handled by a separate specialist outside your VDM scope, exclude it from the calculator and budget for it independently. We still recommend coordinating drainage falls and structural loading between the two scopes even when they are contracted separately.
